Marcky is currently working as a Tutor at Monduli Teachers Training College. His current role is to train Primary and secondary school teachers who will teach in Tanzania schools. Marcky has also worked for a short time as a Secondary School teacher and as a Part-Time Lecturer at the St Joseph University of Tanzania. He has conducted various teacher and tutor training workshops. He believes that the provision of quality education will enhance the holistic development of Tanzania. Marcky has a Master of Arts in Education from the University of Dodoma and a Bachelor of Education (Geography) from the University of Dar er Salaam. He has a family he loves and takes care of.

Phil has taught in a range of schools, both maintained and independent for 35 years. He taught Biology and Physical Education in state secondary schools and taught as both a class teacher, deputy headteacher, and headteacher in state primary schools. He was the founding headmaster of Newcastle School for Boys and was one of the founding directors of an innovative Free School based in the West End of Newcastle upon Tyne. Phil was an Ofsted Inspector for 5 years and an ISI Inspector for 8 years. He has been a team member in over 50 school inspections. In recent years Phil has worked with TES Global and HeadsForHeads, undertaking 4 interim headships, supporting the recruitment processes for the appointment of a number of headteachers, and tutoring 4 unqualified teachers as they sought Qualified Teacher Status through the Straight to the Teaching programme. At this time he is a Director of the Independent Schools Portal and Rocket Learn, an online learning platform. He is a trustee at the Queens Hall Arts in Hexham, Northumberland. Professor Hozen Mayaya is the Rector of the Institute of Rural Development Planning in Tanzania. He has been a Senior lecturer on Environmental Planning and Ecosystem Management. He has done intensive research and consultation works on the environmental aspects of Tanzania. Dr. Mayaya has a Ph.D. in Environmental Planning from Eldoret University in Kenya, an MSc in Geography and Environmental Management from Wageningen University in the Netherlands, and a BSc in Geography and Biology from the University of Dar es Salaam in Tanzania. His interest is in terrestrial ecosystem management and restoration

Dr. Afraeli works as Senior Lecturer at the Dept of Education, Foundations, Management, and Lifelong Learning at the University of Dar es Salaam. His areas of expertise are Comparative and International Education, History of Education, Higher education, Education policy, Access and Equity in Education. He holds a Diploma in Education (Monduli TTC), Bachelor of Arts with Education (Hons) (UDSM), Master of Arts in Education (UDSM), and Doctor of Philosophy (University of Pretoria). Currently, he is working with the University of Dar es Salaam as a lecturer with 16 years of teaching at higher education institutions. He has attended various seminars, conferences, workshops, and research in the field of education. Similarly, he participated in consultancies funded by development partners such EQUIP-TZ- Enhancing professional capacity and performance of primary school teachers in Simiyu and Mara Regions in 3Rs and the INSET training (Tusome Pamoja Project) at district levels and carrying out monitoring of the implementation of decodable in primary school grades 1-4 in Mtwara region.

Dr. Kanisius J Kayombo is working as a Tutor at Tanzania Forestry Institute. He has wide experience in the Biological assessment of Tanzania plants. His main expertise is in Botanical aspects of the ecosystem, inventory taking, Preservation, and impact assessments. He has widely participated in various Biological/Botanical studies of Tanzania and East Africa. Mr. Kayombo has a Ph.D. in Botany from the University of Dar es Salaam, an MSc in Natural Resources Management from the University of Dar es Salaam, and a Bachelor of Science from the Institute of Rural Planning and Development, and a Diploma in Forestry and beekeeping from Forestry Training Institute. Dr. Kayombo’s interest is in Forestry management, Biological assessment, Environmental impact assessment, and Ecosystem management.

James holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Saint Mary’s University, a School Leadership certification from Harvard Business School Online, and TESL certified. He has many years of experience in International Education mostly in the language/international/K-12 and Higher Education sectors. The areas of focus are within school start-ups, curriculum design, academic development, teacher training, and recruitment management. He has a proven record of building and leading teams of teachers and staff, with the ability to develop innovative educational opportunities. He is a recognized strategic planner and a team leader who envisions creating life-long international experiences for those in the industry.

Frida Michael Tomito is The Director of Sakura Girls Secondary School and also the Chairperson of Sakura Vision Tanzania. Her educational background is a BA degree in Business Administration from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota, USA. Her previous work experience involves working for various American exchange programs, such as Arcadia Center for East African Studies, International Theatre Literacy Project (ITLP), Global Routes Summer/Fall Teaching Program, Carpe Diem International, IBM Corporate Service Corps, Camp Counsellor the USA and School for International Training for a number of years (all these took place between September 1991 to December 2013). Her duties were to work closely with the Academic Director in providing administrative and logistical support to students' programs such as student travel, orientation, homestay/housing arrangements, co-curriculum, and volunteering activities, health issues, students' field trips and also securing residents permits for students, and general office management. Frida is interested in the ethical aspects of organizations.

Mr. Elvis Kanana is currently working with Green Schools with Fruits and Shade. Elvis has an MSc In Natural Resources Management from the University of Dar es Salam, and a BED from UoA. His interest is in sustainable environments, and human development Especially the link between a sustainable environment and the education of local communities.

Grace is a Hadza woman. She is married and has 3 children. Grace's passion is to help the Hadza and other communities in the Eyasi Basin to get quality education, especially through improved literacy and numeracy programmers. Currently, Grace works as a Librarian at Maasae Girls High School. A school that helps girls from Masai and other communities get access to education. Grace has a certificate in Earlier Childhood education and an International Computer Driving License.

Verena is a mother of 3 children. She is working as a Primary school teacher in Monduli. Verena has graduated from Theophilo Kisanji University with a Diploma in Special needs education. She also has a certificate in primary school education from Bustani Teachers Training College. Her passion is to help children, especially those with special needs to get quality education

Ndiini is a Coach and Mentor at Young Life an organization that introduces Youth to Christ and helps them grow in their faith. She worked on a project for Girls Livelihood and Mentorship Initiative (GLAMI) where she mentored Secondary School Girls through Binti Shupavu to become self-motivated and resilient so that they may stay focused to complete their secondary school studies. She also mentored secondary school girls to become transformed leaders who solve their community’s challenges. She also worked as a social worker and community Liason to help girls overcome difficulties such as discrimination, abuse, violence, addiction She is currently working as a Coordinator to oversee the program's accurate records on schools enrolments, attendance, progression, updating, and ensuring high quality of the projects. Ndiini holds a Bachelor of Education from St. Augustine University. Her main interest is in community empowerment, girls’ rights, and protection.

Godfrey Gabriel Christopher is Aquatic Environment and Natural resources management Scientist. Mr. Christopher holds a Master of Science degree in Natural Resources Assessment and Management and a Bachelor of Science in Aquatic Environmental Science and Conservation both from the University of Dar es Salaam. Mr. Christopher is a registered Technical Fisheries Tutor with vast experience of over Nine (9) years in providing Training and Education in fisheries and coastal resources management, responsible fisheries, climate change, and resilience, and Ecosystem management. He also did a certificate course in Value Chain Development for the sustainable use of fisheries. (Hokkaido University, Japan), Resource (Hokkaido-University, Japan), Food security in the fisheries sector, and a course in Disasters and Ecosystems; Resilience in Changing Climate delivered by UNEP and Cologn University of Applied Sciences (CUAS). Mr. Godfrey Christopher has endless experience in organizing and coordinating numerous projects in fisheries (Southwest Indian Ocean Fisheries Governance and Shared Growth Program– SWIOFish at FETA funded by World Bank, estimating food loss and wasted resources from Nile perch gillnet fishery- Funded by FAO and Climate Change Adaptation Project- Funded by German Government (BMZ). Christopher has been involved in conducting a number of researches (Assessing the impact of seaweed value addition on communities’ incomes, Comparative study on fish species inhabiting different habitats, Biofuel Evaluation for Tanzanian Technological Efficiency using Renewable- Integrated Strategies, Uluguru Mountains Environmental Management and Conservation research Project funded by UNDP/GEF, Global Comparative Study on REDD+ Reduced Emission in forest Degradation and Deforestation. He has attended many Scientific conferences and training: Marine and Coastal ecosystems-based adaptation (EbA) for enhanced resilience in Southern Africa, Workshop on New Digital Technologies for Marine Biodiversity Data handling in East Africa, Conference on Conservation and Sustainable use of Tanzania Marine Resources organized by SIDA and the University of Gothenburg, Lake Victoria Basin Environmental Research and Scientific Conference in Mwanza, 2nd ANAFE International Symposium on Mainstreaming Climate Change into Agricultural Education: Tools, Experiences and Challenges held in Lilongwe, Malawi.
